We aim to ship upon of receipt of an order, subject to stock. Delivery is charged at cost, based on the total weight of the items in packaging.

Returns refunds & exchange Policy

If any of your items are faulty please let us know immediately on 07977904195 or by emailing info@bristoldrumming.com  so that we can rectify the problem as quickly as possible. On agreement with us you should then return the item in an unused, unmarked condition within 14 days of the dispatch date. We will then provide you with a merchandise exchange, credit voucher or refund. Please include a cover note stating your invoice number name and address. Please note that postage charges for delivery or return cannot be refunded unless we have accidentally sent the wrong item, or the goods are faulty.
